• First loss: 10% of the device value with a minimum of R300 is payable as excess.
• Second loss (within 12 months): 10% of the device value plus R750.
• Third loss (within 12 months): 10% of the device value plus R1000.

All claims made within 60 days of inception have an additional R300 excess.

Repairable device

• First repair: 5% of the device value with a minimum of R150 is payable as excess.
• Second repair (within 12 months): 5% of the device value plus R300.

All claims made within 60 days of inception have an additional R300 excess.

When 12 months has passed and the claim has elapsed, the first amount payable will be reset.

Liquid and Accidental

In the event of a total loss (the device is beyond economical repair):

• First loss: 5% of the device value with a minimum of R300 is payable as excess.
• Second loss (within 12 months): 5% of the device value plus R750.
• Third loss: 5% of the device value plus R1000.

If the phone is repairable:

• First repair: 5% of the device value with a minimum of R150 is payable as excess.
• Second repair (within 12 months): 5% of the device value plus R300 excess is payable, and an additional R300 for all other repairs thereafter.
