  • Make your claim within 30 days of the loss or damage with all the requested details, or your claim won't be processed.
  • Contact MTN to deactivate your SIM card and blacklist the device.

if your device is lost or stolen, report it to the South African Police Services, or any other police service if you're overseas within 48 hours to get a referene number. You'll need this and an Admyntec claim form to process your claim.
